Get to know HER 𓋹

Science has revealed that a woman’s eggs are formed while she is still in her mother’s womb, meaning that part of your precious being came to life within your grandmother’s holy temple. Similar to our nervous system, the womb retains emotional imprints from this lifetime, as well as inter-generational memory—and that includes, our ancestor's gifts, wisdom and trauma, in addition to our own. Without the proper guidance and tools to access those deeper layers, women are subject to storing and carrying all sorts of energetic baggage from unresolved trauma in the womb and hips.

The imprints of womb trauma

The womb* space is not limited to the uterus. It also includes the fallopian tubes, ovaries, cervix, vaginal canal and vulva. Here are some examples of traumatic experiences that require to be held with tenderness and care:

Lack of sexual education • Premature or painful sexual activity • Saying yes when it's no • Using harmful feminine products • Contracting STD’s/STI’s • Colonization, Oppression, Religion, Forced marriages, Patriarchy • Surgeries • Menstrual, Body, or Slut shaming • Porn culture, Human trafficking • Pregnancy, Giving birth, Being birthed • Abortions, Stillbirth, Miscarriages, Losing a child/mother • Sister/mother wound • Adoption • Genital mutilation • Inter-generational trauma • Internalized misogyny • Wars, Social injustices, Violent crimes against humanity •  Infidelity, Assault, Coercion, Rape, or Abuse of ANY kind 🌹

If left unattended for long periods of time, these experiences may manifest in the physical body as chronic nervous system dysregulation (fight or flight, functional freeze, shut down), ptsd, anxiety, depression, diseases, health conditions, infertility, painful pms and menstruation, reduced or increased blood flow, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, poor boundaries, lack of purpose, fatigue, weight gain, addictions, low self-worth, low-vibrational relationships and more. Your body is ALWAYS communicating with you.

*You do not need to have a physical womb, or to identify as a woman to resonate with these teachings. The womb is an energetic space. We all come into this world through the womb of our mother, and therefore we can all relate to the journey in our own  way.

Healing the womb

When consciously sitting with our own scars and breathing awareness into our womb, it becomes nearly impossible not to feel the shared pain that our fellow sisters have also inherited. Healing our trauma is not only necessary; it is a sacred responsibility we hold as the 'New Earth' keepers, and future ancestors. By making the empowered choice to reconnect with our hearts, our voices, and our womb temples, we initiate healing for every woman who has walked this Earth and for future generations to come.

Clearing past energetic imprint is the path to experiencing renewed intimacy, confidence, and deeper love for ourselves and others. Getting to know the various seasons of our being, embracing our moon blood, exploring sacred sexuality, moving our hips freely, worshiping our bodies and celebrating the passage between maiden, mother, and crone holds space for us to become a living embodiment of our authentic feminine expression.

Our undivided presence unlocks our most abundant gifts as divine creators. When we are able to relax, feel, receive, and trust our womb space through honoring her deep yeses and nos, life becomes more vibrant and joy is suddenly increasingly accessible, creating a bridge of undeniable clarity between our hearts and our soul purpose. The remembrance of our worth is what is needed in this world, for it is through reclaiming our natural essence that we awaken to the fullness of our power. Your womb space is the sacred container of your life-force energy—your Hara, the portal of endless possibilities and connection to all there is.

Co-regulation through community & support

There are various ways in which you might want to begin your own journey back to womb sovereignty, and I personally do not believe that it is possible to fully move through our pain in isolation. Our anger, fear, guilt, shame, resentment and grief begin to heal when they are expressed, seen, and held in the heart of loving hands and communities. In neuroscience, we call it co-regulation.

The nervous system needs tangible proof through disconfirming experiences to move from survival to a state of safety. In other words, we need to witness the opposite of what has initially wounded us, to increase our capacity for more love, connection, and pleasure.

As a way to avoid further retraumatization, a healing facilitator must acknowledge the complexities of trauma and how our past shapes our current behaviors, protective mechanisms, and unique nervous system blueprint. My certified trauma-informed approach ensures that every soul is met with warmth, compassion, and safety. Here, you are free to explore the depths of your being at your own pace and without judgment, guided by the wisdom of ancient healing practices and holistic therapies.

These principles allow you to release old patterns in a way that honors your journey, fostering trust in your own body while helping you ignite and reclaim your inner power.

Within the nurturing realms of Womb of the Rose, both 1:1 containers and sisterhood circles offer a  space where women are invited to lay their guard down, share their stories, and support each other’s blossoming growth.

The Art of Receiving

When standing on the edge of a leap, with that flutter of fear and excitement in your heart and womb, don’t turn away. That’s your body inviting you to expand, to trust in the unknown. Saying yes to yourself becomes an opportunity to step into your fullest expression and manifest your dream life as a result.

Receiving is a sacred feminine art, intimately connected to our womb space. When we begin to choose our needs over our fears, we honor the desires of our hearts and wombs, nourishing the seeds of abundance that are our birthright. Watering those deep inner yeses allows us to receive not only what we dream of, but more than we ever thought possible. I invite you to place your hands on your womb, and ask her what she needs right now. Feel ALL of her truth.

Do you trust her?
