Rite: A ceremony meant to celebrate, initiate, and ease into significant life transitions and new beginnings. Origin: Rites of passage have existed globally since the dawn of time. Birthdays, weddings, baby showers, funerals and graduations, are all primary examples of events where friends and families gather to commemorate. Sacred Transitions: Some incredibly potent life transitions, such as the maiden's menarche (first bleed), a mother’s pregnancy, or a woman’s journey towards menopause, have been neglected and forgotten in various colonized regions of the world. As women, we must remember that our seasons are sacred—worthy of both celebration and grief in nurturing spaces, surrounded by our community. Ritual: These ceremonies often involve rituals such as sharing circles, bonfires, invoking Mother Earth’s healing energy, ancestral support, co-creating altars, blessings, offerings, art, pampering, energy cleansing, emotional release, dance, play, tea, soul food, ceremonial cacao, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, oracle cards, manifesting, journaling… The possibilities are endless! The Rites: Menarche, mother blessing, perimenopause and menopause, birth, life, death, divine union between lovers Holding Space: In your temple of choice, we will co-create a ceremony with your loved ones, merging your vision and needs with my nurturing, feminine, and heart-centered signature touch. For those who wish to: Honor themselves and their loved ones in a conscious and sober space, receive the presence and support they need to transition gracefully from one season to the next, no longer approach change with fear or resistance, celebrate the cycles of life.
